Terms and Conditions — Tours & Experiences

1. 01

   The tour is entered into between FeelSãoMiguel – Hotelaria Lda, NIF: 518 916 502, and the client identified in the tour registration.

   FeelAzores tours and activities are intended for participants with physical conditions suitable for the practice of the activity.

3. 03

   Participation in cycling and outdoor activities involves inherent risk of accident, injury, or material damage, with each participant being responsible for their own participation and conduct during the activity.

   The participant agrees to comply with the guides' instructions and the applicable safety rules throughout the activity.

5. 05

   Helmets are mandatory during bike tours.

6. 06

   Minors may only participate with the authorization and responsibility of their respective legal representative or authorized adult.

7. 07

   Tours take place at the location and time previously communicated by FeelAzores. Tours and experiences may be subject to a minimum and maximum number of participants.

   In case of a no-show, the tour will be considered completed and no refund will be issued.

   Cancellations or changes must be communicated and validated by the team at least 48 hours in advance.

    Activities carried out by FeelAzores are covered by mandatory insurance under the terms of the applicable legislation.

    Booked services and activities are non-refundable, including in cases of partial use or non-use.

    In case of adverse weather conditions or safety reasons, FeelAzores may reschedule the activity or issue a voucher of equivalent value.

    FeelAzores reserves the right to refuse participation to people under the influence of alcohol, illegal substances, or who display inappropriate or unsafe behavior.

    The participant authorizes the collection and processing of personal data necessary for the management of the activity, under the terms of the applicable legislation.
